Sears Home Improvement is Hiring an In Home Sales Rep Near Kansas, MO
We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team at Sears Home Improvement. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering home improvement solutions which include: HVAC, Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding, and Whole Home Generators. We provide some pre-set leads, however our top performers are go getters who aren't deterred from generating their own leads. We offer great benefits and an excellent training program, including a 4-week paid training and 13-week non-recoverable draw. Successful candidates will be able to earn six figures (uncapped commissions).
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers and clearly identify their needs
- Provide presentation to customers interested in home improvement solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives
- Ability to self-generate leads
- Build strong customer relationships
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Utilize sales tools and resources to maximize sales effectiveness
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for sales and closing deals
- Prior sales experience
- Computer and technological aptitude and proficiency
Compensation and Benefits:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Performance-based incentives and uncapped commissions
- Four weeks of paid training ($15/hr) followed by a 13-week non-recoverable draw
