About The Role
As a Marketing Production Manager for PREMIER Bankcard you will be responsible for managing partner relationships, project implementation, support, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Email Delivery initiatives. You will work very closely with affiliate partners within one of our most important marketing acquisition channels.

You will develop, implement, maintain, monitor, and report on marketing initiatives within the affiliate email channel, including presentation of campaign effectiveness and ongoing performance. You will work closely with our creative and content teams in developing effective email offers that resonate with prospects. A key part of your role will be managing investments in the channel and tracking effectiveness of email campaigns. You will report into a Director, Marketing.

• Work with peers on the Marketing team, vendors, partners, and other internal teams to develop and implement campaigns and tactics that support acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on email marketing campaigns and utilization of PREMIER first-party data.
• Manage third-party marketing partner relationships to coordinate implementation of designated campaigns, technology implementations; aligning schedules, projects, budgets, and resources to meet expected results.
• Follow strategic direction to meet market requirements for new marketing initiatives.
• Test new marketing partners and programs using various channels and methods as recommended. Perform the necessary due diligence to ensure program stability.
• Monitor and communicate the performance of marketing partners, vendors, affiliates, and campaigns under management.
• Support full lifecycle project management on assigned projects, including: analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional and technical specifications, scheduling, functional team design documents, user experience, strategizing activities, and cross-channel messaging.
• Execute a wide range of analyses and translate marketing data into insights and actionable recommendations for the Marketing team and across the company.
• Partner with peers on the Marketing team to analyze product performance, focusing on acquisition, retention, and attribution to contribute to product and lifecycle strategic planning.
• Ensure all marketing rules (ie: CAN-SPAM, PreScreen Opt-Out), established quality guidelines, and company best practices are adhered to by PREMIER and its partners.
• Facilitate process improvements or regulatory enhancements with marketing partners to improve production or effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure end solutions adhere to regulations while still meeting needs of all business lines.
• Communicate regular updates, changes or impacts of campaigns or technology implementations across the business.
• Explore new opportunities by researching vendors and collecting bids to update current tools, campaigns and/or new services.
• Provide support to management for assigned operating areas and projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related analytical role
• Candidates must possess a high level of attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, good written/oral communication skills and be self-motivated.
• Experience with CRM's or other marketing platforms is required.
• Experience implementing and/or managing omnichannel experiences preferred.
• Ability and wherewithal to work with minimal supervision effectively; drive your work through clear understanding of objectives, business needs, and desired outputs.
• Proven capability to establish, maintain, and grow cross-functional and cross-departmental relationships in a purposeful, practical, and personal way.
• Must possess excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills and must be in possession of a desire and capacity to learn, evolve, and grow at the speed of the business.
