Rudy’s Can’t Fail Cafe is a busy, counter-service restaurant near the Pixar campus in Emeryville,
Previous restaurant experience is required.
The Role :
- We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to work with our team as a Cashier / Server.
- Weekend availability is required .
- Good servers make great tips at Rudy's.
- Tips are included in the hourly wage estimate.
Responsibilities :
- Providing friendly, welcoming customer service to our many loyal customers.
- Job duties include taking guests' orders, and entering them into the Toast POS system. Making and serving beverages including espresso drinks, soft drinks, juices, beer, and wine.
- Have a positive attitude and work well with all staff on a daily basis.
- Ensure all guests receive great service from start to finish.
Requirements :
- A valid CA food handlers card is required within 30 days of hire.
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
- Within 30 days of hire cashiers are required to be certified with the ABC Responsible Beverage Server program
