Responsibilities :

  • Retain customer base is a priority by Communicating and interacting with customers via phone, text, email and in person, in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Build relationships & create customers for life.
  • Coordinate customer vehicle lease returns
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in difficult situations.
  • Multi-task - Schedule and manage appointments via inbound and outbound calls, text, email and in person.
  • Utilize dealership process and procedures to develop a system - Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct report to the Lease Retention Manager regarding issues or concerns
  • Bring your A game’ & positive attitude with you every day by executing personal income goals, consistent with dealership standard of productivity.
  • Attend product / sales training courses and meetings as determined by sales management and manufacturer.
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Maintain a minimum customer satisfaction standard equal to or above the manufacturer expected average.

Qualifications :

  • Automotive sales experience
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Eager to learn the dealership’s best practices and advance customer service skills.
  • Ready to hit the ground running.
  • Focus on the customers and utilize communication to enhance dealership experiences.
  • Enthusiastic and high energy throughout the workday
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Fluid phone skills
