This Position reports directly to the Regional or local Branch Manager.

Job Overview:

Propak Energy Services (USA) Ltd (PESUL), is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for Business Development in the Wyoming and North Dakota Service / Operations Markets in the area of Natural Gas Compression. This position will includeperformance of Sales Functions with Existing Clients, Business Development with New Clients and New Markets, along with some coordination of PESUL Branch Service Functions and related administration tasks as defined in Job Duties Section below. Interaction with Branch Management, Service Technicians, Parts Personnel, and Clients will be required. Experience and knowledge of gas compression related equipment is critical / essential in this position, and the right candidate will possess the necessary product and industry knowledge to serve coworkers and customers with a professional attitude and demeanor. This is a full-time position and includes a full benefit package with competitive compensation. Extensive travel within the Wyoming / North Dakota / Colorado / Montana areas is required.

Responsibilities and Duties - will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Sales and Business Development Related Duties:

· Building a personal relationship while reinforcing the business relationship with Existing Clients, for the purpose of increasing opportunities for additional service work.

· Creating new relationships with New Clients for the purpose of increasing opportunities for additional service work.

· Utilization of multiple sales methods such as in-person or site visits, direct contact emails, “cold” calling, and other methods to achieve the goal of growing the customer base for service work opportunities.

· Travel as necessary to accomplish the stated goals.

Client Servicing Related:

· Develop strong customer relationships through the successful management of products and service delivery.

· Contact customers in the case of additional work required on project with details and extra cost information.

· Provide effective Customer Service and follow-up as needed. Address customer enquiries, resolve issues, and obtain customer feedback proactively.

· Meet with customers to discuss their requirements and relay those requirements to Management.

· While Parts Management / Coordination is not a primary component of this position, the ability to coordinate and assist the Parts Department on servicejobs related material is critical and expected.

Service Team Management Related:

· Promote PESUL Service Excellence, HSE Policies, and Ethical Standards.

· Provide Outstanding Customer Service by maintaining Integrity and contributing to a High-Quality Service Work Environment.

· Assist with workflow scheduling for the service team.

· Respond in a timely manner to communications from our Service Team and Customers.

· Work with the Branch Manager in monitoring project staffing requirements to ensure manpower utilization targets are achieved or exceeded.

Requirements:

· A High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Previous Outside Sales Experience within the Energy Industry is required.

· Extensive Natural Gas Compressor Equipment / Manufacture knowledge is critical and required.

· Extensive Waukesha and Ariel experience is ideal and preferred.

· Strong general computer skills / knowledge.

· Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

· Demonstrated multi-tasking skills.

· Detail oriented with strong record keeping skills.

· Quick learner.

· Self-starter.

· Ability to be productive and effective with minimal supervision.

· Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
