Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for campers to learn, grow, and have unforgettable experiences. This is a paid position. Duties: - Plan, organize, and lead a variety of recreational activities for campers - Provide guidance and supervision to campers during activities and throughout the day - Foster positive relationships with campers, parents, and fellow staff members - Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times - Assist in the implementation of behavior management strategies - Educate campers on various topics related to sports, theater, early childhood education, special education, and childhood development - Administer basic first aid when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized camp environment Qualifications: - Experience coaching or working with students in a sports or recreational setting - Strong behavior management skills - Ability to educate and engage campers in various activities - Knowledge of first aid procedures (CPR certification is a plus) - Previous experience in babysitting, theater, early childhood education, special education, or childhood development is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that all positions at our camp are paid positions.
