This role is the primary liaison between small to midsize dental practices. Team member will be responsible for cultivating relationships with dental clients for credentialing & billing services. This team member will maintain visibility and take a leadership role as point of contact representing PRG to the dentists. Coordinator should regularly participate in projects/initiatives that impact dentist's overall revenue cycle.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge of dental insurance credentialing.
• Lead and manage relationship with assigned providers to proactively measure, anticipate and prevent problems.
• Continually improve operational efficiencies and achieve corporate objectives around programs and strategic initiatives with providers.
• Proactively identify provider issues; coordinate solutions and ensure provider receives the necessary support and resources to carry out the solutions.
• Provide leadership and act as liaison with operations and support areas to ensure the appropriate development and execution of initiatives, communication needs, and issue resolution.
• Assist with contracting and implementing new strategies.
• Communicate with both onshore and offshore billing teams to optimize practice performance, uncover opportunities and optimize progress.
• Engage appropriate resources to enable success in the programs, driving better health outcomes and higher patient satisfaction.
• Provide a high level of communication to physician practices to ensure appropriate customer needs are satisfied.
• Remain updated on new innovative trends to drive change and transform the way healthcare is delivered to our customers.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
