Compensation: Up to 70K annually

Job Overview

The Community Health Project Coordinator will also serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing high-level administrative support.

Community Health Project Coordinator Duties

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling.
  • Track project performance and analyze data.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Support the project manager in organizing and controlling project activities.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Project Coordinator Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Executive Assistant Duties

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the CEO, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Overall Required Skills and Abilities

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems.
  • Extremely proficient with G-Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
