We Are Seeking: 

P4 Physical Therapy is looking for a skilled physical therapist or physical therapist assistant to provide PRN coverage in a long-term acute care hospital on a flexible basis in Huntsville.

Requirements: 

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum 
• Current state of Alabama license
