Finance & Insurance Manager

Our successful dealership is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to present financing options and opportunities to our car buyers and effectively support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience and a proven track record of high performance as a finance and insurance manager. $80,000 - $140,000 yearly

• Strive toward monthly finance and insurance manager goals, including those for revenue, service contracts, and automotive sales
• Determine customers’ need for auto finance and payment plans to provide a range of options that meet their needs
• Keep adequate stock of bank, state, and auto dealership forms on hand at all times
• Work with the sales manager during each vehicle purchase and offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs to car buyers
• Follow all regulations related to working with lending institutions, setting interest rates, and finalizing auto finance plans
• Adhere to strong ethical and customer satisfaction index (CSI) standards as a finance and insurance manager

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred
• Completed or in-process AFIP Certification is highly advantageous
• Two or more years of experience working as a dealership finance or sales manager are required
• Excellent customer service skills and devotion to a positive sales experience is a must
• Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record mandatory
