We are looking to hire a Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a outgoing personality and a natural talent for customer service. The right candidate will attend to visitors and answer with inquiries on the phone and face to face.

• Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from the
• Exhibits a polite and professional manner at all times
• Meets and greets all visitors in a positive, friendly manner
• Provides primary phone support, answering all incoming calls and queries and transferring to appropriate parties
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Ability to work in a face paced environment

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to type 35 wpm minimum
• Strong phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Punctual with strong attendance history
