Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Transportation Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Transportation Shuttle Driver at the MAC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members and guests experience the highest level of service from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart. The ideal candidate will have a warm and welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate the MAC shuttle to transport members and guests to and from designated locations.

- Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle at all times.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

- Communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff to ensure a positive experience.

- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items as required.

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the shuttle vehicle.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Knowledge of the Milwaukee area is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
