The Nissan of Bowie, Automotive Porter is responsible as the customer’s first point of contact on vehicle servicing; initiating automotive services and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet incoming Customers
• Move and park vehicles in designated areas identified for service and customer delivery.
• Responsible for transporting customers via company shuttle to/from locations.
• Perform customer walk around inspection and maintenance upkeep such as fluids and under hood inspections.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks such as trash removal, upkeep of service drive, cleaning of rental/loaner fleet vehicles.
• Responsible for vehicle and lot tracking.
• Dedicated customer focus: understands how to listen and empathize with internal and external customers, to establish long-term relationships.
• Evening and Saturday work will be required. Scheduled shifts will be determined by the Director, with rotating shifts throughout the work week.

Education, Experience and Certification:

• No experience required
• Hardworker, teamplayer, self motivated
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
