Service Department Advisor
This position is to assist customers with the service needs for the powersports we sell and service. You would be taking in vehicles for service and communicating the vehicle status, cashing out completed service vehicles, and assisting loading and unloading of customers vehicles. You should have the ability to look up parts and quote prices using proper catalog for a particular motorcycle. If not known, you must have the ability and want to learn and understand the key elements of a motorcycle, scooter and powersports products.
Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously. You must call and email customers back quickly and efficiently.
Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction. Service department advisor will be required to take service technicians' orders for parts and fill them as fast as possible.
Accept cash and credit card payments for merchandise and service. Keep cash register accurate. Must have the ability to stand, and walk the sales floor and parts room for most of the day frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift 25-50 lbs of merchandise. Potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle environment.
This position also includes assisting the parts department when needed with customers in person or on the phone.
Knowledge of motorcycle, scooter, atv and watercraft motors is a requirement.

Qualifications
- Automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance experience
- Service technician background with expertise in estimating, sales, and repair
- Strong customer service skills and service writing abilities
- Proficiency in dealership operations and service management
- Experience in upselling and sales within the powersports industry
- Knowledge of transmissions, oil changes, brakes, tire services and engine repair

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
