We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a love for baking and a desire to work in the food industry.

Nation’s Bakers have a bias for action and take initiative. A Baker performs all tasks at the restaurant including baking, prepping, handling equipment, assembling, and cleaning. A baker ensures to follow and protect Nation’s recipes. A baker provides Nation's restaurants with high quality pies and bakery goods to Nation’s recipe standards and works in a reliable, courteous, and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Prep and cook according to Nation’s recipes and standards.
• Cook fruit (apple and berry).
• Make fillings and mixes.
• Bake tarts, prebakes, crust and pies.
• Make cheesecakes.
• Clean and store delivered pie supplies once a week.
• Prepare produce orders for store deliveries 3 times a week.
• Box pie orders for restaurant deliveries each day
• Clean throughout the shift.
• Work with machinery.
• Be on time and work a flexible schedule.
• Be an example of safety and follow all Nation’s safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme cold and heat.
• Must be able to stand, walk, drive, sit frequently and lift 40lbs
