Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guests' needs
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and beverages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Process payments using POS system
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well within a team
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Culinary or kitchen experience is an advantage
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
