MultiVersity Housing Partners is looking for a luxury housekeeper/porter to join its growing team. This is an area position servicing Pittsburgh’s Southside, Lawrenceville, and Downtown/Fifth Ave areas. Responsibilities:

• Maintains trash compactor rooms in the basement and all trash rooms in the building.
• Helps clean and maintain storage and shop areas.
• Maintains interior amenity spaces, common areas and curb appeal for the building.
• Performs light maintenance duties in building and apartments including painting, power washing, and other tasks.
• Cleans vacant apartment units.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to be onsite M-F and available to travel between the South Side, Lawrenceville, and Downtown/Fifth Ave areas of Pittsburgh. Multiple locations each week.
• Must be able to follow instructions with property manager and Maintenance Supervisor of the buildings.
• The ability to lift at least 40 pounds or more.

·Full-time or contract (1099)

• Must be able to work on-call and weekends as needed
