The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cash Disbursements Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will process accounts payables, process weekly check runs, support payroll processors, and complete special projects. As the Cash Disbursements Coordinator, you will also be responsible for coordinating the activities of interdepartmental staff involved in accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to communicate clearly in person, in writing, and on the telephone, tactfully control interruptions, maintain good relations with all contacts, set priorities, and schedule time to meet tight deadlines in spite of interruptions. The candidate must have 2-3 years of disbursements experience.
