Position Description for Sargent School District RE-33J, Monte Vista, Colorado The Sargent School District RE-33J Board of Education in Monte Vista, Colorado, is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent. The Board wishes to have the successful candidate assume the responsibilities of the position on July 1, 2024. McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., Executive Recruitment and Development has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the board of education in identifying and screening the candidates. Enrollment: 300 Location: Nine miles northeast of Monte Vista, CO in the San Luis Valley The Qualifications The candidate must have the experience, skills, and abilities essential for leading a small, rural school district.
