Matt Cole Insurance Agency is growing and needs additional telemarketers. The ideal candidate will connect easily with people, be organized, and thrive in a high paced environment. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate quotes and follow-up on client focused campaigns. The right candidates can grow with us and have the opportunity for advancement.
Compensation:

$15 to $16 an hour
Part-Time or Full-Time
Opportunity to Grow into a Full-Time Salaried Employee

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospects using lists provided by the agency.
Build rapport with prospects and customers.
Answer incoming calls with a warm and welcoming voice.
Transfer calls to the sales and service team members.
Follow-up at specific times as requested by prospects.
Utilize scripts and processes for making calls and interacting with prospects and customers.
Other duties as required.

Requirements:

Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and actively listen
Experience using online applications, computers, and email
Must be a team player, organized, and able to work independently
Utilize agency technology for comments and notes
Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude
Maintain confidentiality and privacy
