ABOUT THE POSITION

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Manage installations and all follow ups
• Maintain field personnel daily schedules
• Schedule follow up trips with customers
• Coordinating with vendors / contractors
• Maintain customer database with current information
• Clear communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the HVAC industry
• Dispatch experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Organized
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Computer skills

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years HVAC Industry Experience
• 5 years Dispatching Experience
• Advanced level knowledge of software technologies, such as iOS, Android and Windows OS

We pay a competitive wage of $55,000 - $80,000 DOE. Our employees also enjoy great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, 5 paid holidays, paid sick time, up to 3 weeks of paid vacation.

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays. Hours may vary depending on department needs.
