```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN or MA to join our healthcare team. As an LPN/MA, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care in various healthcare settings. ```Responsibilities```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with physical examinations and provide basic patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform specimen collection processing and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in Arkansas or MA Certification.
- Previous experience in Peds is a plus.
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
