We're hiring a team member to join MidnighTreats!

The role of a Cookie Dealer [Lead] consists of interacting with customers, baking cookies throughout the day, serving walk in customers, packaging to-go/delivery orders, and cleaning at the end of each shift. Additionally this role must be comfortable working alone after sufficient training.

Pay: We guarantee a pay rate of at least $17/hr ($11/hr base pay tips).

Schedule: Currently we are hiring for Mon-Thu closings and a weekend shift.

We're a start up who believe in taking care of our team members and value their input making this role ideal be someone who is comfortable communicating and sharing their thoughts. This person needs to be someone comfortable working with customers and staff to workshop any issues that might come up.

Requirements

-Able to work least 1 weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday)

-Able to work alone and be productive (after training)

-Comfortable talking with customers

-Comfortable working late (we will be open till midnight eventually)

-Reliable transportation

-Love cookies

-Food service and/or shift lead experience required for this lead role
