We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing corrugated equipment, including corrugators, rotary die-cutters, and flexo folder gluers, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our production machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency machine breakdowns.
• Complete assigned tasks correctly and within designated timeframes.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties on all facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drives, PLCs, electrical systems, electrical equipment, piping systems, plant machinery, and plant equipment.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair malfunctions of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, water and starch piping systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• Conduct various inspections and testing on plant systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Assist with plant layouts and wiring installations.
• Execute necessary procedures to maintain the parts stores inventory system.
• Perform cleanup of job sites before and after completing repairs.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned by supervision.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 year of maintenance experience in an industrial maintenance-related field.
• Corrugated experience is a huge plus.

General Skills and Expectations:

• Ability to regularly lift 50-70 lbs.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Obtainment and maintenance of a valid forklift license.
• Capability to work independently in a mature and professional manner.
• Willingness to work back shifts and overtime when necessary.
