Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Schedule appointments and answer phone calls promptly
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records with strict adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical records system
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed
- Familiarity with dental reception duties using Eaglesoft software is a plus

Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative or medical office role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Eaglesoft software for dental practices is advantageous

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
