JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position oversees all stages of construction, coordinating subcontractors, scheduling jobs, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. The superintendent reports to the project manager and open communication is a must. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company.

- Planning, Scheduling, implementation, and coordination of quality-built projects.
- Building rapport with clients and subcontractors and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the building process.
- Managing and inspecting the quality of work that is performed by subcontractors, working closely with the project management team, as well as all other team members.
- Maintain a professional, clean and organized job site.
- Oversee productivity and compliance with building/safety codes.
- Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer applications including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Outlook.
- Budget time, multi-task and prioritize in order to meet established goals and deadlines.
- Possess great organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Understand contracts, plans, specifications, construction methods, and regulations.
- Possess the ability to supervise effectively at all levels and with a variety of personalities.
- Work effectively with technology, software, and devices as they will be your best tool.
- Be flexible and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be decisive and work well under pressure.
- Analyze and resolve problems.
Experience in:
- Ground-up Commercial Construction
- Commercial Renovations, Tenants and Landlord Improvements, Core and Shell Building
- Civil Projects
- Minimum five (5) years of construction experience in a similar position.
- Flexibility to travel to several projects located in the Colorado area.
