Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LSNV) is a large, high-volume legal aid organization in Virginia, with 45 attorneys spanning 7 offices. We help thousands of clients each year in civil legal matters, while cultivating relationships with community service organizations, local law firms, pro bono attorneys, and local bar associations, and other stakeholders to serve the region’s low-income and neediest populations.
Job Summary: Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LNSV) is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager/Intake Paralegal to join our dedicated team.
The Office Manager/Intake Paralegal will focus on the duties of an intake
paralegal, while taking on the responsibility of general office oversight and serving as a resource for the intake team.
This is a hybrid position which is based in our Fredericksburg office.

Compensation: Starting salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, based on legal aid pay scale ($42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year).

LSNV seeks to provide equal access to the civil justice system for those residents of the City of Alexandria, the Counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William, and the cities and towns adjacent to those counties, who are unable to afford private legal counsel. LSNV provides services in a variety of substantive civil legal areas, including: family law, housing law, elder law, public benefits claims, access to health care, child advocacy, special education law, employment law, consumer law and AIDS/HIV issues. We also have specialized programs for veterans, survivors of human trafficking, and victims of crime, as well as a criminal re-entry program and the low income tax clinic. Staff and volunteers provide legal advice, brief service, and representation in administrative hearings and in court, as well as community legal education, and advocacy before local and state governmental entities, all without charge to our clients.
