Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive strategic financial planning and analysis to support business decisions and maximize profitability.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial threats.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to support operational efficiency and drive business growth.
• Utilize expertise in wholesale distribution and inventory management to optimize inventory levels, minimize carrying costs, and enhance profitability.
• Implement Price Transfer tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize liabilities.
• Work directly with lenders and the potential investment community to establish and maintain positive relations, facilitating financing and investment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with wholesale distribution and inventory management.
• Familiarity with Price Transfer tax strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with lenders and the investment community.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
