Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator:

We are seeking for an experienced dental receptionist/insurance coordinator for a modern state of the art dental office for kids. This is a full-time position, 32-40 hrs/wk. ***NO WEEKENDS*** Will need to work at both of our locations. We seek outstanding professionals that possess the following qualifications:

- Dental front office experience IS A MUST! (1 years)

-Must have experience in verifying insurance (DentaQuest and Private Insurance)

Including, but not limited to:

- Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

- Exceptional customer service

- Ability to multitask

- Excellent speller

- Pleasant phone voice

- Attention to details

- Polite and courteous

- Dental terminology and some knowledge of dental procedures

- Computer proficiency

- Love kids!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer phone calls with great etiquette

- Check patient in and out

- Schedule patient appointments

- Insurance verification

- Insurance claim and pre-approval submission

- Presenting treatment plan to patient

- Data entry (i.e. payments, patient information, procedure codes)

- Ensure patient confidentiality

Pay based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, and vacation pay based on length of employment with us.
