The candidate should be committed to learning and complying with health care standards of food preparation for assisted livings. You must be able to delegate and successfully work in a team environment. If you are a self-starter, problem-solver, diligent, kind, up-beat, fun person with a passion for meal prepping/cooking; than the Lantern may be the best place for you.
