Knoxville Habitat for Humanity is in search of a Staff Accountant. This role will support the Chief Financial Officer in all Finance Department related matters. Typical job responsibilities would include payables processing, account and bank reconciliations, treasury management, mortgage servicing support, and other key tasks.
Successful candidates will posses accounting knowledge, great communication & analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment, organization, record-keeping experience, and Microsoft Office experience (specifically Excel). This role also requires ability to learn and navigate key financial systems such as QuickBooks (“QBs”) and FICS.

The salary for this position is dependent on qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes 7 days Paid Time Off in first year with an increase in days each year employed, 12 paid holidays, retirement plan with employer matching contribution, flexible work schedule, insurance for: health, dental, vision, life and disability, and support for ongoing professional development.
