Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience.
• Enthusiasm to assist La Cima Charter School in becoming a nationally regarded charter school and serving as a local leader in K-12 education.
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scholar enrollment processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date scholar records.
• Support the coordination of scholar registration and withdrawal procedures.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of school facilities.
• Coordinate with external vendors for facility-related services and repairs.
• Manage scholar attendance records and collaborate with teachers to address attendance concerns.
• Assist in coordinating support services for scholars, including transportation and after-school programs.
• Respond to inquiries from parents, scholars, and staff, providing excellent customer service.
• Support communication efforts, including distributing newsletters and announcements.
• Overseeing all food service and cafeteria activities.
