We are a small, local office serving NH and Maine for the past 38 years. No nights, no weekends and hands on experienced training. Our office is closed during major holidays, competitive vacation, and sick/personal time!
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Greenland, NH is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jean Sousa - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
