InRoads LLC is looking for experienced, quality individuals as screed operators for the metro asphalt paving crews. The individual will be expected have knowledge on asphalt paver operation and experience in paving. The position requires a hard-working individual with a positive attitude that is willing to work safely in a high-intensity environment. The position will require long hours, possible night and/or weekend work and overnight travel during the construction season depending on the crew. Individuals will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening. All applicants are required to have a valid driver’s license and a Class A CDL is preferred. Wage is commensurate with experience and performance.
