As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Powersports Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Job Description:
As a Powersports Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our powersport units by building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Your primary duties will include:

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Educating customers about our products, features, and benefits.
• Demonstrating powersport units and explaining their capabilities.
• Assisting customers in selecting the right powersport unit for their needs and budget.
• Negotiating pricing and terms to close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve overall sales goals.
• Staying informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
• Passion for powersports and strong knowledge of powersport units.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $64,643.00 per year
