INTERNATIONAL SUITES LLC is Hiring an Accountant Near Glendale, CA
We are looking for someone with accounting background to help our office with managing our accounts and general ledger. We are a small office. etc. Previous accounting experience is preferred.
Duties
- Setup and classify accounts in QuickBooks
- Post and process monthly and end of the month closing journal entries
- Banks and accounts reconciliation
- Prepare, examine, and analyzed periodic and yearly accounting records and financial reports
- Prepay monthly sales tax, pay and file quarterly sales and use tax returns
- Issue checks, pay payroll taxes (940,941, & EDD) & workers comp reporting
- Prepare and process 1099s,1096s,W2s,& W3s reports
- Process and pay California Secretary of State & Franchise Tax Board taxes
Hours are Mon-Thurs from 9AM to 3PM.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour
