You should have at least a year of experience in hospice, homecare, or home health. Strong independent thinkers and quick decision-makers, we need you!

Ready to Embrace Your Superpower?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification by the state as a home health aide and completion of an approved training program.
• CPR certification
• Access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver's license, and personal auto liability insurance coverage. Ready to hit the road?

Your Role on this Life-Changing Journey:

• The position is primarily for Weekends (8am to 4pm) and branch support for call outs/Holidays.
• Follow the interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Provide personal care, making patients feel comfortable and well cared for in their homes.
• Maintain a safe and soothing environment for our patients.
• Stay observant and proactive, reporting changes in the patient's condition.
• Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
• Keep learning, keep growing. We value progress!
• Contribute to our exceptional customer service by providing support and compassion to patients, families, and healthcare partners.
