InfoBeans is Hiring a Software Services - Sales Management Near Texas, FL

Position Type: Software Services - Sales Management (Full-time)

Compensation: $130K-$160K (total comp depending upon relevance, expertise and experience)

Location: Hybrid, Full-Time Employment offered in TX but open to FL, GA, NY, NJ, CA.

Job Description: 

You are a seasoned sales leader in the software services industry. You approach your role with creativity and focus. Your mission is to systematically build our sales practice and increase our top-line revenue. You’ll work closely with InfoBeans’ leadership team to develop a comprehensive sales strategy, coach our existing sales team, recruit new team members, and hold the team accountable to achieving their metrics. You’re collaborative and derive satisfaction from coaching others. This is a tight-knit team where your go-getter attitude will be valued and relied upon.

  • If you haven’t worked in tech sales
  • If you only have SAAS sales experience
  • If you have only software products sales experience
What will your role look like?
  • Achieve US team’s annual revenue targets
  • Deeply understand InfoBeans offerings in various enterprise software services categories
  • Leverage your experience, the existing sales team, and the existing client roster to make an impact in your first six weeks 
  • Develop and execute a strategy that grows our existing accounts and attracts new clients seeking design-driven business solutions
  • Coach the sales team 
  • Run every-day sales management, work closely with AEs and BDs to supervise their efforts, hold them accountable to their targets and enable their success
  • Create, assign and track targets for each AE and BDs
  • Develop systems for attracting, nurturing, wowing, and resurrecting clients
  • Represent the sales organization in leadership team meetings
  • Model InfoBeans’ high standards for client service and satisfaction
  • Meet with existing and prospective clients; prepare effectively tailored sales presentations
  • Identify and hire sales AEs across US to capture specific opportunities within various practices in targeted geographies
  • Continuously build a pipeline of recruitable AEs to replace non-performing AEs
  • Interact closely with InfoBeans delivery and marketing teams to sharpen and enhance InfoBeans’ positioning
  • Pitch new sales offerings and experiment with new sales initiatives

  • A proven track record of generating sales, growing accounts, and turning prospects into clients
  • Experience building a sales team and coaching salespeople
  • Experience selling consultative services to enterprise and start-up clients

  • Ability to collaborate and be a team player
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment 
  • Agility to support different time zones (all of US time zones with some overlap with India)
