The Role:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you're not just cleaning – you're ensuring that our guests experience the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay.

What You'll Do:

• As a leader, you will motivate the housekeeping team and set a standard of excellence in cleanliness and efficiency by working alongside your team.
• Conduct inspections to ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and special requests.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of room inventory and cleaning schedules.
• Address guest concerns and resolve any issues with professionalism and urgency.
