Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper/Porter/Maintenance professional to join our team. As Landscaper/Porter/Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

- Perform all landscaping duties such as mowing, edging, and tree and bush pruning.
- Perform occasional general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including restrooms and break rooms
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner (when required)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:

- basic understanding of lawn care.

- able to maintain and service lawn equipment

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
