TITLE: Data and Evaluation Program Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Full-time position, 40 hours per week
SALARY: $75,000

About Homeless Children’s Network:The Homeless Children’s Network (HCN) works to address two needs: first, the
traumatic effects of homelessness and violence in the lives of young children and their
families; and second, to establish a “standard of care” across a variety of shelters and
housing programs. Working directly with the community, we help children and families
address the root traumas that helped shape their worldviews, explore healthier
perspectives, and learn practical non-violent skill sets for managing stress. We do this
through comprehensive mental health services, case management, family education
and support services, and community leadership.

The Program Data and Evaluation Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting program
quality and evaluation for the Homeless Children’s Network
by supporting the collection, quality assurance, and analysis of program data. In this role,
the Coordinator will provide program support to program and development teams to ensure
that data is collected efficiently, monitored, analyzed, and reported on to internal and
external stakeholder

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary responsibilities include supporting program data collection and quality assurance, as
well as contributing towards program evaluation. The ideal candidate is highly organized with
strong attention to detail, team-oriented, has strong initiative, and is passionate.

 Assist data monitoring and deliverables tracking for programmatic contracts,
collaborating with Program Directors, QA Director, and external evaluation consultant.
 Engage in and facilitate discussions about data content with HCN Leadership Team to
manage the organizational strategy for understanding impact
 Support data collection and evaluation in line with programmatic and clinical policies.
 Support identification and build out of systems that support surveying, documentation
quality, alignment, and reporting of program data for analysis. Develop custom fields,
work flows, and reports. 
 Support data reporting and program communications to internal and external
stakeholders.
 Assist with tracking and analyzing data to identify areas of success, lessons learned, and
areas of growth and development

 Write highlights for inclusion in grant proposals, annual reports, and organizational
planning to share the impact of our work externally to our communities of clients,
families, funders, and advocates/capture impact and provide strategic storytelling of
our work to our communities
 Develops and provides training and technical assistance to staff to increase and improve
engagement in results-based accountability, evaluations, and quality improvement

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency of 3-4 years of work experience in data collection,
analysis, and evaluation
 Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting impact evaluation data
 Experience designing and analyzing surveys
 Experience using CRMs, AVATAR, Epic or Simple Practice, and project management
platforms.
