Highbrow is Hiring a Store Manager Near Topsham, ME

Our leading cannabis company is looking for a highly motivated, positive and compassionate Store Manager for our Topsham location AND our Augusta location. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, retail sales experience, managerial experience, constant desire for self-improvement and attention to details.

We are a full service, alternative medicine boutique that hosts an on-site medical cannabis caregiver, operating in full compliance with state and local law. We also operate adult use cannabis locations in full compliance with state and local law.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervising Assistant Store Manager, Lead Budtenders, and Budtenders
  • Reviewing stores sales and hitting goals
  • Carrying out directives given by the General Manager and Owners
  • Clearly communicate any issues or concerns to the General Manager including but not limited to essential needs, product needs etc.
  • Strategizing to continue company growth
  • Delegates effectively to complete daily tasks and upkeep the store aesthetics
  • Actively listening and providing direct feedback both positive and negative to all staff
  • Stay knowledgeable of current and possible future procedures
  • Diffuses any difficult customer situations that arise in a professional manner, ensuring the customer leaves happy
  • Focus on sale and promotion initiatives with staff
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Oversees the closing and opening of the store
  • Cover shifts as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
