Responsibilities:
Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA is looking for responsible, reliable, and experienced Deck Builders to help us grow our decking division.

Responsibilities:
- Install custom decks, including framing, decking, and railings, using a variety of materials such as wood, composite, and PVC decking.
- Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications.
- Work with clients to ensure that their vision for their outdoor living space is realized.
- Manage materials and inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available and ordered as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the project is completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.
You Have:
- Four to Five years of deck building experience
- Knowledge of deck building materials, construction methods, and tool and equipment.
- Ability to dig post holes and footings when necessary
- Conduct routine setup and cleaning of the job site to ensure the site is clean and free of hazards
- Equipped with standard hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- An enthusiastic attitude
- Desire to join a growing team
We Offer:
- Full-time, year-round work
- $25 to $30 per hour based on experience
- Four 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday weather permitting
- Every Saturday and Sunday off
- Monthly gas allowance for travel
- Rapid growth within the Company
- Benefits after 30 days

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
