Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Parts Counter Associate. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Provide sales support by recommending products and upselling when appropriate
- Manage inventory and stock shelves to ensure products are readily available
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with operating a cash register is desirable
