Perform various duties relating to Central Supply as illustrated by, but not limited to, the following:
Maintain supplies as needed per set PAR levels.
Order supplies from approved vendors.
Daily check of supply areas, restocking as needed, including gloves and sharps containers.
Maintain tracking log of facility owned and any rented ancillary equipment.
Ensures budget is followed and communicates with supervisor, Administrator and Director of Nursing timely regarding the same.
Maintains clean, well organized work areas at all times.
Maintains open communication with the staff and supervisor regarding supplies needed.
Assists with monthly and annual inventory as directed.
Stock units with office and medical supplies weekly; prepare requisitions to
maintain established inventories.
