Overview:

We are actively seeking a proficient Maintenance Person to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in executing a variety of maintenance duties to ensure the optimal functioning and preservation of our facilities. This role necessitates comprehensive experience in HVAC, plumbing systems and overall general maintenance. We offer a full-time position with competitive remuneration.

Responsibilities:

- Systematically perform inspections across the facilities to pinpoint and rectify maintenance concerns.

- Execute repair and maintenance operations, encompassing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.

- Craft and install diverse fixtures and apparatus as necessitated.

- Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance endeavors through computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

- Collaborate with the team to diagnose and remedy maintenance challenges.

- Conduct welding and metal fabrication as required.

- Interpret and comprehend schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.

- Adhere to stringent safety standards and protocols.

- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders.

Skills:

- Profound knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, particularly in HVAC and plumbing.

- Skilled in diverse maintenance disciplines, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

- Acquainted with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

- Competent in welding and metal fabrication.

- Capable of interpreting schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with logic controllers is advantageous.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effectiveness in troubleshooting maintenance issues.
