Sales Associate

Hitejinro America is looking for a professional, skilled individual to join our growing sales team.

Responsibilities (Not limited to):

· Responsible for the development and success of supplier portfolio of brands.

· Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions to capture business opportunities.

· Monitor sales performance and identify areas of improvement.

· Maintain relationships with distributors by providing support, information, and guidance.

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the alcoholic beverage industry.

· Prepare and analyze reports to measure sales performance.

· Monitor and evaluate competitor's products and services.

· Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by KPI.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.

· Support promotional event with the team

· Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of sales principles

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Must haves a valid Driver’s License

· Must be bilingual (Korean/English)

· Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. without restrictions

· Business Travel: 20-30%

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
