Green Island Country Club is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to serve on our team of lifeguards for the Summer. This unique position in a small, family-friendly environment is a great opportunity to build relationships with co-workers and members, and gain positive work experience. Candidates must obtain current Lifeguard Certification before pool season begins May 25th, 2024.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Opening and closing the pool
• Checking in pool guests
• Performing swim qualification tests, and maintaining accurate records
• Administering Swim Lessons
• Maintaining proper safety standards at all times
• Enforcing pool rules
• Monitoring weather conditions, and responding appropriately
• Maintaining a neat and orderly pool deck and facilities
• Maintaining restrooms
• Washing and folding towels

Pool season extends mid-May through Labor Day
