The Firm is currently seeking candidates for a project assistant position who want to make a valuable contribution to a dynamic team and litigation department. This position offers valuable on-the-job training with the objective to transition to a paralegal role.

Successful candidates will have:

•Minimum of one year experience in a professional office environment

•For candidates without prior legal experience, a bachelor’s degree, two-year paralegal degree or certificate are preferred, but not required

•Previous experience in one or more of the following are preferred, but not required:

• Filing documents
• Tracking deadlines
• Calendaring

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Attention to detail

•Professional demeanor

•Excellent customer service skills

•Strong organizational and prioritization skills

•Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
