The House Supervisor participates as an active member of the nursing management team and assumes authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with and in the absence of hospital administration. In This Job You Will Have: Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Minimum one year of Management experience in the Hospital setting Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Other-Fingerprint Required Registered Nurse HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is a 229-bed acute care facility accredited by the Joint Commission.
